I noticed the wiggly too, didn't happen the second time
after I had turned Javascript off and had done a virus
check.  (I have an innate fear of hostile Javascripts.)

I've only looked at the source code superficially, but it appears that what
the fellow is trying to do is get 5 ticks on his counter for every time that
you sign on to his web page. The wiggles are the result.

Under any circumstance, possibly a better password recovery service is at:

At least, they're a lot less obnoxious.
