There is not a reported, known problem of Patch/iX looping during
qualification.

It is not at all unusual for Qualification to either take much longer
or much less time than the estimate. Basically the algorithm for
estimating the time is not very good.

It is not normal for it to take an hour, especially on a system where
it has been done before and did not take an hour.

Is this the same system? We you installing a PP before? Are you doing
a PP or a PP + reactive patches? Did it eventually complete or did you
abort it? Can you reproduce the problem (semi- conveniently)?

If this is an actual PP problem I would like to be sure that we write
a bug report (SR) for it.

Have you contacted support yet? What did they say? Please reply via
private e-mail to myself and cc' Mike Dovano @ [log in to unmask]

Thanks in advance.
