You must make your Netware Server FTP accessable. It has nothing to
do with the HP3000(as long as you are on a reasonably current HP3000
OS, all the FTP stuff is there).

We have a FlexIP(?) NLM loaded on our Netware server that allows FTP
access(as well as some other IP services) from any other
box(including the HP3000) to the Netware server.
