Our UNIX-based HP terminal emulation software includes file transfer. You
can transfer ascii and binary files between the HP3000 and a UNIX-based
system serially (as well as through Telnet or NS/VT). You can even set up a
script file to automate the transfer. I should warn you though that serial
file transfer is much slower compared to networks. I would not recommend it
for very large files.
