Again maybe I am totally wrong, but I seem to recall that in all 3 named reference, the VAST major of the activities accure prior to 2002, and I wonder how that has "been a driving force in the Bush administration nearly since his first days".
If I might point out, Slick Willie was president prior to 2002 and thus the events leading up to the dust of the disclousure was during his presidency. I also wonder what party was in office in California when the governor sold out the people of the state. Will California now allow for the responsible (a very inportant word in my book) development of infasturcture (power plants and other major projects) to support their state or will they suck off the resources of other states.
But then again, lets don't let facts get in the way of a good debate.
