You can try http://www.interex.org/vendorsource.html,
or http://www.3k.com/.
 
I like the Interex server since it is keyworded and has lots of
descriptive data.  For instance, you can search under 'HUMAN RESOURCES'
for MPE and find 6 entries.
 
Neither list is complete, however.  The Interex list is a
"paid" advertising, the 3k Associates list is not.  Try
both and let me know which you like!
