I am using shared macros in Reflection V12 for the first time. I have several
users effectively sharing a single macro project file (.rsf file) in the shared
macros folder on the network.

I have one user who is not able to see the macros in the shared file even
though the folder location has been properly updated in her settings file. On
the Macros dialog box under the drop down "Macros in", SharedMacros is not
listed as a selection (and if Reflection is not looking there, then it's no wonder
the macros are not found). I've tried using one of the other user's settings
files, and the macros are still not found.

I am not the network admin here at this large shop and don't have any control
over what may get done in the Reflection deployment kit or via system policy.

Anyone have any suggestions about how to troubleshoot and/or correct this
problem?

Thanks.
