I hope someone can help me with this....

Using MS Outlook Express 5.0 (no comments, please!), we need to create an
email address with "international" characters in it. For example,

nuń[log in to unmask]

(that's n-u-n/tilde-e-z...)

The problem is that MSOE rejects this email address with the message
"Internet e-mail addresses must contain only ASCII characters". I know this
is not correct, since we have a user who receives email regularly from this
address, but is unable to either reply to it or add the email address to
their address book.

Any ideas?
