A number of years ago Harry Sterling, CSY General Manager, sent out a letter
which indicated that HP's VOLUTIL utility was not designed to fully address
the file fragmentation issues.  It may provide some limited help, but it
certainly was not the right answer.

Without a 3rd-party tool, the only other answer is to reload your system,
which rebuilds all the files on the disks.
