Both HP and Adobe have sites where they store the latest printer
drivers.  Adobe's seems to have all of the HP drivers (and maybe a few
more), but it would be worth a shot to try both:
 
  ftp://ftp.adobe.com//pub/adobe/PPDfiles/
 
  ftp://ftp-boi.external.hp.com/
