How to force page ejects from a web page... that's an interesting question.
A quick check of an HTML guide from 1995 has nothing like this, which, while
disappointing, is not too surprising. I played with various means of trying
to insert a FF (I tried &#12, HTML for an ISO-Latin-1 decimal 12 character)
or a PCL form feed (<esc>E, is it?), both with and without the paragraph
tags <p> </p>, without success.

I'm guessing that when the web browser prints, it tells the printer to
interpret these a printable characters instead of as control characters. I
would guess that PostScript behaves the same way. Unless someone can address
this more fully, that does seem to leave conversion to PDFs as the only
other option.
