Hi All,

I've been looking at some of the man pages in MPE/iX 6.5 and have noticed
the following message at the bottom of most of them.

     MPE/iX NOTES
     For information on how the current MPE/iX implementation may affect
     the operation of this utility, see Appendix A, MPE/iX Implementation
     Considerations.

Anybody know how I can get at this appendix?
