Apply the latest CSTM Patch.

Then use Gary's Robillard (hope I spelled that right) binary patch.

Search the archives it is easy to find, I can e-mail to you later.

I recall seeing somewhere that a cost-free cstm license code is available
for all.

Does anyone have the license code they could share.
