Sorry a little late to this party but 2 thoughts from this side of the pond, as a past and sometimes present security/network engineer, i find blocking any particular CIDR or individual address is pretty ineffective these days since some chap or chapess invented a proxy and vpn solution. Some of my networks have more tunnelled traffic arriving now than not, I only know this as a monitor certain vpn providers...



And if the list needs to move then would you want restrictions if you could based on county of origin, who would maintain, lots of questions for a Saturday evening😑
