For the record, those of us on the right coast are not having these issues
with AT&T Broadband, although Joan Entwistle and I share precisely the same
services. And they are pretty good about allowing that which they do not
actively support. I can access email, web space, and ftp from work just as
well as at home. I hope that when the dust settles, the left hand will learn
what the right hand is doing, and improve Tracy's service.

That said, I did just receive an email stating that they had to end the
mediaone.net services, and would migrate us over to attbi.com, with about a
five week window from when attbi goes live, to when mediaone.net goes away.
I look forward to notifying those with the old address.
