Yes. Get Qedit for Windows from Robelle. It works for Windows and MPE. It
uses the Windows cut and paste and other features. I use it often in both
environments.

The goal is to transfer Cobol program to PC (Windows XP) environment,
modify it on PC and then transfer it back to HP3000 and compile it on
HP3000.
 
Are there any QEDIT look alike editors on WIndows environment?
