HPDENABLETERM Locks the terminal up.

When I call my HI-LI program after running a certain health care software in COGNOS quick.  For some reason the terminal locks up.  The HPDOPENFORMS intrinsic seem to go well.

When I run the process in a session that I have not run COGNOS it works fine.

Any help?
