Jeff,
Yes you can't enter the directory keyword on the store command. But you
can do it another way. The store part of a sysgen tape can use an
indirect file, so I get it to work like this;
SYSGEN>:ECHO @[log in to unmask]@;DIRECTORY > STORESET
SYSGEN>TAPE STORE=!STORESET
