Hi,

Well, I can't get through to the HP ESC (aka ITRC) again
(via: http://us-support.external.hp.com)

Looking over some of the postings recently, I see
this is *NOT* an uncommon occurance.

I think HP should have a public web page reporting
their uptime for HP ESC web servers.

Remember...a lot of us *PAY* for this service...and we aren't
getting our money's worth!

Or...maybe Interex should be tracking this!

Someone (author of "Managing Mangement Time"?) said:

what you don't track, gets worse

What *is* the uptime for HP ESC?
   (95%?)

What *is* the average response time (when it is up)?
   (30 seconds?)

Note: on 2000-08-15, at 13:20, http://us-support.external.hp.com
sometimes works...but as soon as I click on any link (like: Maintainence)
involving the @#$%^ stupid cgi pages HP likes to use, I get no response.
Also, [us.]itrc.hp.com doesn't answer for me (apparently,
*sometimes* us-support.external.hp.com gets redirected to that)

thanks,
