The subject asks Anyone Seen this before?  To which I answer Yes -- as
recently as May 16 (my response has not even archived off the newsreader
yet, which is why I am able to reproduce it in full below), but on several
other occasions as well, when I have answered similarly.  Doing other
people's homework on this question is wearing pretty thin.  Maybe we should
make it a FAQ.  But for Mark's benefit (and in case someone else asks 21 days
from today), here is my response from May 16:
