As of 5.0, TCP/IP and incoming NS/VT is included with FOS.  This means that you
do not need to purchase NS/3000 for NS/VT terminal emulation.  If using a
Pre-5.0 MPE, you will need the full NS/3000 product for this functionality.

You still need to purchase NS/3000 for things such as DS (DSLINE - remote
logon, DSCOPY - Network File Copy, etc).  Of course, there's always Telnet and
FTP for these functions :)
