For what it's worth, I tend to agree with Stan based upon my experiences in
some larger shops. Expecially in the situations whereby overnight batch got
backed-up (>200 jobs waiting!) and in the morning the operations group has
to actively 'adjust' the batch jobs and queue to get caught-up without
'killing' the interactive sessions yet get the work out folks are waiting
on...
