Hi all,

Now, I know that there are at least a few beer drinkers in the HP3000
community; I also know that there are a number of beer brewers as well.
Perhaps, rather than pursuing a funding model based on added support fees
that are designated for HP3K R&D we should approach those brewers about
making "MPE Beer" or "HP3000 Beer" -- as long as they're willing to donate
their profits to the CSY Labs.

One of the nicest things about this idea is that, when you buy your "MPE
Beer" you receive both a tangible immediate benefit (the beer) and a
substantial long-term benefit (the ensured longevity of the HP3000). It's
really the socially responsible thing to do.

And, while you're kicking back a few you can do so with the assurance that,
in drinking beer, you're ensuring your job security.
