*PLUG ALERT*
We use a product called Postal Soft.  This product requires we download
f file containing all the addresses in it to a PC, run a DOS program
against it, then upload it back to our HP3000 for further processing.
This may seem like a tedious process, but we have an automated batch
job to do it (Type one command at the C: prompt).  Works like a charm.
The only drawback that I see is that it is a very large product.  The
file containing all the databases is 450+ megs in size.

I can dig up the details.
