I wouldn't worry too much.  Vladimir strikes me as someone who loves to
help people, rather than concentrating on the 'bottom line'.  In fact,
his visits to client sites are much more concerned with teaching people
how to make their jobs easier.  He realises that us IS types probably
haven't had the time to keep up with all the changes VESoft has put into
their products; that's certainly true of me.  One thing VESoft might
consider is starting a list, like Robelle's, to keep people up to date,
exchange ideas, etc.
