The issue of license transfers has been in HP's court since HPWorld 2003, in Atlanta. During the Customer/HP Management Panel, nick-named the 'Last Supper' by Ron Seybold because of 6 customers, 6 HP'ers and one moderator, the license transfer issue was brought up and HP said they would take it back to Cupertino for review.  For over a year and a half, we as customers have been waiting for HP to respond to this issue.  For those at HP who monitor this list, I believe that the time has come for HP to let it's customers know what YOU as HP are going to do about it.  

And yes, I was one of those 6 customers on the panel who wanted an answer...
