Have you tried PeopleSoft's Customer Connection web page located at
http://www4.peoplesoft.com/ccdocs.nsf/MainHome
You can e-mail them with your problem, and they will establish a case until
they come to a resolution. I have found them pretty helpful for most
things.

Subject: [HP3000-L] Can PeopleSoft handle combination passwords?

At Cleveland State University, our techs are wrestling with the ailing
PeopleSoft system which appears not to be able to allow students the
ability
to pick their own passwords.

Has anyone had any experience with this flaw in the PeopleSoft program for
colleges?
