The error means that the parameter to a file system intrinsic call is at
an illegal address.
When we moved from 4.5 to 6.0, we found that several intrinsic
definitions had changed, particularly with respect to unspecified
(default) parameters on intrinsics with variable parameter lists. This
resulted in a number of intrinsic calls suddenly failing; it took us a
while to track them all down.

You'll need to figure out which file system call is failing, and then
examine that call's parameters. It would be easier to describe the
process for doing this if you could say what language the program is
written in, and whether it's CM or NM.
