Oh I LIKE that set of ideas!  Imagine what fun it would be to fix up a system
after someone unknown had done unknown things with the info in the BULDACCT
files.  Problem prevention is ever so much easier.

After I wrote my previous note I did realize that SM is all that the running
user should need.  I think that I also remember something about the MPEX way
to do basically the same thing...

I think the reason that Iiked the MPEX way was because it was much easier to
manipulate the output (ie: cut out accts/groups).  I was trying to only
partially clone a running system at that time.  I specifically did NOT want
to create all accounts on a second system.  I don't have access to MPEX right
now or I'd figure out more about what I mean by that.
