Have you configured sysB as being controlled by Openview, the reason I
ask this is because you do not supply a MAC address on the slave system,
only the node name. I realise you may not have Openview but the system
needs to be set to this to allow switching to it.
Once this is done you can restart the DTS subsystem by using DTCCNTRL
without the need to boot the system
