Res->disp data has not changed so far, well the :( pool has actually crept up 1....

Hrmm... if you're now "out of peak time" in China and the problem buffer utilization line shows less "usage" now, then I have to hand the  prize to Craig.  If your utillization is the same or higher than before, then it likely wasn't a buffer shortage.
