Well then, another option you may want to consider is to convert the file to
PDF.  There are several vendors who can do this for you (I believe STR
Software does this with its fax package formerly known as Fax/3000, and I
think Minisoft has something in the works if it isn't out by now.  I'm not
sure about the Sanface txt2pdf Perl script, but it may work too.)  Once a
pdf, you can push the document (via email) or put it in a web directory so
interested parties can pull it from a web server.
