Earlier someone else, sorry can't remeber who, mentioned that a fixed
Cutoff for the HPDATECONVERT function being fixed at 50 was not flexible
enough. Just to review a Cutoff in terms of dates is a number to be
used to assume a particular century based on a two-digit year.

If the Cutoff is set to 10, and a Year is 99 then we can assume a
century of 19, as the Year value is greater than or equal to
the Cutoff value.

If a Year is 08, then we can assume a century of 20, as the Year value is
less than the Cutoff value.

I would like to see this feature be implemented for HPDATECONVERT but in a
different manner than the previous post suggested which was to add another
parameter be added.

I would like to suggest that HP add another settable variable of:

HPCENTCUTOFF

Thereby all software could use the *same* value for the Cutoff and operate
in a similar manner.
