Hi fellow Listers !

I recently installed the database patch suite on my 917 running C.55.04.
This suite is :

TurboImage : TIXKXA6, version C.07.14
Image/SQL : ATCKXA9, version B.G2.07
Allbase/SQL : SQLKXC2, version A.G2.06

Now, SQLVER reports a version incompatibility for program file
HPIPNS.PUB.SYS, which is in version A.G1.12 when all other SQL modules are
in version A.G2.06.

Has anyone else observed this problem ? Has anyone else fixed it ? Or
circumvented it ?

The HP ESC reports only one similar problem, dated 1994, with other
versions (obviously), and a mention that the version incompatibility can be
ignored. The HP ESC document escribing patch SQLKXC2 reports "N/A" for
HPIPNS.

Any ideas ?
