A bit late on this one, but...
The August issue of Macworld includes a review entitled
"CD-R Labeling Solutions." They review:
- CD Stomper
$79.95, from Stomp, 714-250-6771, <http://www.labelcd.com>
- Neato CD Labeler Kit
$79.95, from Neato, 203-466-5170, <http://www.neato.com>
- Signature CD Color Printer
$1295.00, from Fargo Electronics, 612-941-9470, <http://www.fargo.com>
The bottom line for them is:
1. They don't like the Neato
2. The CD Stomper works well, with easy-to-use software
3. For LOTS of CDs, the Fargo unit works well, BUT you have to use
the Fargo CDs, which are printable by their inkjet printer.
The URL for the article is incredibly long, but you can get there
by going to the search page
<http://www.macworld.com/search.html>
and searching for "cd-r labeling" (no quotes).
FWIW.
