Yesterday I moved a Pseudo-Printer on a
Pseudo-DTC from one port to another.

I got the usual message after the
NMMGR Validate (after answering "Y" to
Update Now) that said it couldn't
communicate (and therefore) update
the Pseudo-DTC.

After the update the Pseudo-Printer's
LDEV didn't exist anymore.

So I did a little experiment and moved
the LDEV to another (non-nailed port)
on this Pseudo-DTC and re-validated.

The LDEV re-appeared.

So, is there such a thing as a BAD port
on a Pseudo-DTC?

Non-serious replies are welcome also.

Except that it really happened, I almost
think this posting should have waited until
April Fool's Day.
