You can do this in Editor if you use a character not in any of the original
text (such as a Tilde ("~").
Just enter the two lines:
CQ 1,"~~~",ALL
CQ "~~~","",ALL
It will delete any line that gets changed to all blanks.
You can also use FCOPY:
FCOPY FROM=FROMFILE;TO=TOFILE;SUBSET=1," ",EXCLUDE
