Due to "unexpected" hardware "diagnostic opportunities" presented to us in
tonight's network reconfiguration, utc.edu was offline from roughly 5:00 PM
EST until midnight Monday, 3/13/95.  Our router upgrade went relatively
event-free, but installation of a Kalpana ethernet switch on utcvm.utc.edu's
network segment (for traffic control) left us with a Klueless Kalpana (tm).
 
Everything seems to be back to normal... if you received any bounces during
that time period, that's why.
