Hi Richard:

Thanks for the clarification.  Although, I have to confess that I knew that
you knew about SRN.  Perhaps I should have been more explicit in my original
post.

My point, and I do have one, is as follows:

        - SRN has a seasoned application in the vertical you seek
        - SRN has experience in running on both MPE and various *nix's.
        - SRN has the newer Web application features that you admit you admire.
        - SRN has significant experience in porting applications from MPE to UNIX.
        - SRN will soon have the capibility to run their software on Windows 2000
and SQL/Server.

Perhaps you could make some sort of deal with them to get where you want to
be.  I know that you know how difficult doing these things well are.
