You may find it useful to use buldacct with the option to specify the account
your want and the "onvs" option. Then use the job stream it creates to
recreate the account. This had the benefit of preserving user names and
capabilities, etc. Also consider any setcatalog.
 
I don't think you can do a disk-to-disk while keeping the same account name,
but you should be able to copy the account to another account, then recreate
the original account and finally copy everything back.
 
Too bad tar doesn't know about MPE, making an archive with Posix/Unix makes
these kinds of moves relatively easy. Does MOVER maintain directory structure
for an entire account? (You still have to deal with usernames.)
