We're using JobPak 6.1c. What problems are you having? Support has seemed
to fall off. I used to email them questions and get a response on the same
day. Now that's not happening. I get beter results calling. But even
then, the level of expertise has fallen off.

I am curious if anyone else on the list is using JOBPAK from Nobix (Formerly
NSD). I have used this product for many years and have been
satisfied...until now. I just upgraded from version 5.1e to 6.1c and I have
had nothing but problems. If anyone out there uses this product I would
like to here from you. I am not having great luck with the support either.
In the past (NSD days) when I used support I have better results.
