OT: A Nw Laptop for Christmas

I am in the market for a laptop for my son.  My requirements are:

1. Comes with MS-WinXPpro installed - No vista nor home versions of the OS.
2. Has integral 802.11g wi-fi
3. DVD-RW multi-drive (DVD-RAM support greatly desired but not required)
4. ~2.5-3.2 kg.

I would appreciate informed recommendations, on or off-list.
