Let's give every single man, woman and child in the state of Mississippi and Louisiana $50,000 cash.

Why not?  It would be a lot cheaper than the 200 Billion, President Bush is proposing.

Can you imagine a 140 MPH hurrican force wind that helps out all your friends? Maybe I am going over the edge but I wonder how long it will take before companies like Halliburton, Fluor, the Shaw group gobble up non-compete bids to help in the effort to cleanup the wallets of the tax paying base in the US for rebuilding New Orleans. Lets see over the next several months when things shake out.
