Don't know if this error is VT session limit or not, but you can check
it by typing:
:NSCONTROL STATUS=SERVERS
If you see for some reason your VT server limit is at its max, doing:
:NSCONTROL SERVER=VTSERVER,,60
will set the maximum to VT sessions to 60. I'd also put this in the
SYSSTART file as part of the network startup, after NSCONTROL START.
