I just received this text from my Responce Center Advocate.

When we first migrated to our 967 in December of 93, I commented
to HP about the change in printing multiple copies of spooled
output. They told me an SR had been submitted a few years back
and that it was a frequently requested "enhancement." (Is going
back to a previous capability really considered an enhancement?)

Anyway, it appears the request is now dead. Im sure most of you
have developed work-arounds by now. If not, and you would like
a simple MPEX command file, send me a private e-mail.

Regards,

ER: Would like choice of how multiple copies prioritized w/other spoofls

RESPONSE LETTER TEXT:

Thank you for your enhancement request for a configuration option to
interleave spoolfile selection. We regret that our priorities, and the
technical complexity of the enhancement, indicate that we will not be
able to devote any attention to it for the foreseeable future.
