I can't speak directly for the accuracy of the content.
For all we know, it could be a hoax.  The unit named is 
a Marine Corps unit based in Japan by a simple Google 
look-up, but it could also be deployed elsewhere.

From an analyst's point of view, it was no doubt
written after Saddam's sons were killed but before
his capture.  Since it only mentions he is "gone", 
not captured.

Picking out other events mentioned and cross referencing 
them with news articles, one can probably come up with a 
good idea of when it was written within a period of two 
weeks.  But I'll leave that as an exercise to the list, 
it's quittin' time here.
