It's been extremely slow, lately.  I've had to increase both the connect and
session timeouts in Reflection's ftp client to 5 minutes.  I'm unable to use ftp
from our MPE/iX systems - they don't like 'anonymous' with firewalls.

I've been trying to download some patches (for HP-UX, actually) from
the ESC (or ITRC, whatever) this morning, but having no luck. The ftp
server continues to respond as "busy".

Anyone else having trouble?
