No, security will be unchanged as the original account/group entries on
the system volume set are unaffected (the above doesn't purge the
account, just the files).  The system volume set directory entries
determine the security, passwords, etc.  The user volume set directory
entries are largely placeholders.

But yes, if you purge the original account (a la :purgeaccount) then my
example won't work and you will have to use BULDACCT.
