There was some talk of TPI status code -3006.
I believe each TPI vendor can use this status codes as they wish.
I thought it might be useful to post the SUPERDEX -300# status codes:

SUPERDEX, Checksum equal zero
dberr o,-3006
SUPERDEX, Invalid checksum, not a 4.1 database
%dberr o,-3005
SUPERDEX, with pre-IMAGE 5.0, requires ILR to be disabled

Missing or Invalid SUPERDEX Root Dataset: SI or SI0
dberr o,-3003
SUPERDEX requires an update to this version of TURBOIMAGE
dberr o,-3002
Database indexing via SUPERDEX demonstration is expired
dberr o,-3001
SUPERDEX detected a checksum error. Run SIMAINT,STRUCT
