Yes ... we see this message too (5.5 PP7), but I wouldn't worry about your
$stdlist size unless all connections to your system are via FTP ...    :-)   We
receive a fair number of file every day, and our FTPMON $stdlists rarely exceed
120 lines.  I don't know of any way to disable the message.

Subject:  [HP3000-L] FTP Server Messages




Hi There

Every time I start an FTP session on the HP3000 I get the following message
in the stdlist for JFTPMON

New server created <date> on pin nn

I am using MPE 5.5.

I have a program which generates an FTP session at least every 5 minutes.  I
am worried that the spoolfile will become very large !

Is there a way of disabling this message ?

Does this message also appear in other releases of MPE ?
